By accessing, registering on, or in any way using the 356abc platform at https://356abc.app (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "356abc", "we", "us", or "our"), you — the individual user (hereinafter "Player", "you", or "your") — confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional game-specific rules published on the Platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire and binding agreement between you and 356abc with respect to your use of the Platform. If you do not accept any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and must not register an account.

356abc reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the contact details held on their account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. The headings and summaries provided throughout this document are for convenience only and do not form part of the binding legal text. In the event of any inconsistency between a section heading or summary and the body text, the body text shall prevail.

To register and use the 356abc Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 356abc strictly enforces the 18+ age requirement and does not knowingly permit access to individuals below this age threshold.
• You must be accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

356abc does not represent or warrant that use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all laws, regulations, and rules applicable to you in your country, state, or territory of residence.

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of services offered by 356abc, you must complete the registration process and create a Player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address. Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension or closure.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on 356abc. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, contact details, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 356abc reserves the right to close all such accounts, void any associated bets or winnings, and return deposited funds at its sole discretion.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any third party. 356abc strongly recommends using a unique, strong password for your account and enabling any additional security features made available on the Platform.

You must notify 356abc immediately via the 24/7 live support channel if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. 356abc will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the breach is attributable to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

356abc operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its anti-money laundering and player protection obligations. Before processing withdrawal requests, 356abc may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identity document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address dated within the past three months (utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account showing your registered mobile number)

Failure to provide requested verification documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is complete. 356abc will not process withdrawals to payment accounts that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered Player.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on 356abc is ৳200. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to your account instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider. 356abc does not impose processing fees on deposits made via supported mobile wallet methods. Any fees charged by your payment provider are outside 356abc's control and are your responsibility.

356abc reserves the right to conduct additional verification on large or unusual deposits in accordance with its anti-money laundering policy. Where verification is required, your account balance will remain accessible for wagering purposes but withdrawal may be restricted until verification is complete.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of KYC verification as described in Section 3.4. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, except where this is not technically possible, in which case 356abc may require additional verification before processing to an alternative account.

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 15–60 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.

356abc reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms & Conditions. Players will be notified of any such delay and provided with the opportunity to submit clarifying documentation.

4.4 Prohibited Transactions

Players must not use 356abc as a financial intermediary or for money transfer purposes. Depositing funds without genuine intent to engage in betting or gaming activity, and subsequently requesting withdrawal, may be treated as an attempted financial transaction rather than legitimate gaming use and will be subject to additional scrutiny.

5.1 Placing Bets and Wagers

By placing a bet or wager on 356abc, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules applicable to the relevant sporting event, casino game, or other gaming product. Once a bet is confirmed by the Platform, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player, except where 356abc expressly provides a cash-out or bet withdrawal facility for that specific market.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all betting markets and casino games on 356abc. These limits are displayed at the time of placing a wager and may vary by market, game type, and Player account status. 356abc reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time and without prior notice.

5.2 Void Bets

356abc reserves the right to void any bet or wager in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed on a market that was subsequently cancelled, abandoned, or suspended before the outcome was determined
• The bet was placed at odds that were published in error due to a manifest error, technical fault, or data feed failure
• There is evidence that the bet was placed as part of a coordinated strategy to exploit a pricing error or technical vulnerability
• The underlying sporting event was materially affected by circumstances that render the original market terms inapplicable (e.g., match abandonment due to adverse weather, field conditions, or force majeure events)

Where a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to the Player's account balance in full. Winnings associated with a voided bet are not payable.

5.3 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

Players must engage with 356abc in good faith and in accordance with the spirit of fair play. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of winnings, and permanent closure of your account:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tool designed to place bets without direct human interaction
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Collusion with other Players or third parties to manipulate bet outcomes
• Any form of match-fixing, insider trading, or use of privileged information to obtain an unfair advantage in sports betting markets
• Chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes relating to genuine gambling transactions

5.4 Game Results and Disputes

The result recorded by 356abc's systems shall be the definitive result for settlement purposes. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed to a Player and the result recorded on the Platform's servers, the server-side record shall prevail. Players who wish to dispute a bet settlement outcome must raise a formal dispute within 30 days of the settlement date by contacting the 356abc support team. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

356abc may offer bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, and other incentives to Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time each promotion is offered, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms, all bonus credits are subject to a minimum wagering requirement (rollover). Bets placed on excluded markets or games do not count toward the satisfaction of wagering requirements.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Players found to be systematically exploiting promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk hedge bets to artificially satisfy wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional structures in a manner contrary to their intended purpose — will have bonus credits and associated winnings voided and may have their accounts permanently closed.

6.4 Expiry

Bonus credits that are not utilised within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion terms will expire automatically. Expired bonus credits are non-refundable and cannot be reinstated. Real-money deposits are not affected by the expiry of bonus credits.

7.1 Player Protection Tools

Pending bets at the time of account closure will be settled in the normal course; resulting winnings (if any) will be included in the return of balance.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by 356abc

356abc reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 5.3
• Initiation of fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested
• Account activity that raises a reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other financial crime

Where an account is closed by 356abc for breach of these Terms & Conditions, any bonus credits and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money deposits minus any losses incurred through legitimate gameplay will be returned at 356abc's discretion, subject to the completion of any applicable investigation.

8.3 Effect of Closure

Upon closure of your account, whether initiated by you or by 356abc, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. These Terms & Conditions shall continue to apply to any matters arising prior to the date of account closure, including the settlement of any outstanding bets, payment disputes, or outstanding verification requirements.
